Shopping is very straightforward.
First read the information about the products under MARKETING: Facebook Ads Measuring System, or TOOLS: Lean Startup Know-how Pack and Cash Flow Forecaster and Traction Simulator. Limited information is also available on the product pages (PRICING).
Lean Startup products only: Before you make a purchase you need to download and test the Lite or demo versions of the products to ensure those run in your hardware and software environment.
The shop can be found by clicking on the menu item PRICING. To purchase any of the products just click on the Add to cart button or click on the name or picture of the product to learn more. You can add the product to the cart also there.
If you want to change the content of the cart, click on the basket icon at the top right hand corner of the website or View Cart in PRICING (at the bottom) or the Cart menu item at the bottom of the sidebar (or page in case you are on mobile). Change the quantity by pressing the + or – sign, then press the Update cart button.
To proceed with the purchase, click on either the View cart button, the basket icon or the Cart menu item at the bottom.
In the Cart, if you have a valid coupon enter the Coupon code (note: we rarely issue coupons). Then press Apply coupon and finally the Proceed to checkout button.
To be able to download the files now and in the future you need to register either before shopping (Account menu item) or during checkout. That is the only way we can make sure that you will have access to the updates for a full year (including the eBooks).
Based on your account data or the data you submit on the Checkout page the VAT will be updated.
In case of customers outside the EU and businesses with a valid EU VAT number HPC Consulting’s services are in scope of the exemption from VAT for digital products. You may still need to pay VAT in your country, so please check your local VAT law. For final customers and businesses without a valid EU VAT number in the EU, and all customers in Hungary 27% VAT is added to the base price.
Companies in the EU are required to submit their EU VAT Number. That will be evaluated with the VIES service. Once it is validated, VAT will be deduced from the price. In case of unsuccessful validation, please check again to ensure if you have given your valid EU VAT Number or try validation a few minutes later (VIES servers are sometimes busy).
Check your data once again, then tick the box next to “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”. If you haven’t read it before, do it now by clicking on the link. The Terms and Conditions page (which contains references to our Refund Policy and Privacy Statement, as well) will appear in a separate window, therefore your checkout page will not lose any data. Some other issues are discussed in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) menu item.
Finally press the Place order button. Payment will be handled by PayPal. You can pay there with a valid bank card even if you don’t have a PayPal account (in some countries you have to make an account). After successful payment you will be redirected to the shop and you will receive a conformation email. If you don’t find this email in your Inbox, please check also the Spam folder, or in case of a Gmail account the All Mail folder and the Social and Promotions tabs in the Inbox folder.
After that, proceed to your account on the website (top row) and download the purchased files. Updates and support will be available for products priced over $20 for 6 months, for products purchased for less than $20 for 3 months.
