To use the tool you will need any of these:
- Microsoft Excel 2013 or newer or Office 365 for PCs
- LibreOffice 7.0 or later (free) for PCs
- MS Excel App (free from Google Play or Apple App Store) for mobiles and tablets.
There are no firm score numbers regarding which idea is good or bad. However, any idea with a score over 60% could be well worth further exploration.
